no coral growth. I do have brown algea now due using tap water. I need ro/di filter to grow coral as well as the light. I gathered all the kenya babies and put them in a topless screened container.

The tank is slowly getting better since I am doing water changes with RO water now. So after it clears up I'll do the coral test again. One of my test corals is still alive and doing well.

Ive been hearing alot about the Taotronics lights over the past month or so and I did some searching. Found a company in Greenville NC that sells a light just like the Taotronics but they are dimmable, programmable, and they come with moonlights. I just ordered 3 of them so once I get them in Ill post some pics and info on them.
If anyone wants to check them out heres the link http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...sid=p2992.m753

Ya these non dimming leds are way to bright. I still have bad algea growing. I think I'd be better off with 6 lamp T5.

update. Well the lights are just as bright as new. The algee is from using tap water. The kenya trees are still loving the lights. Two of my kenya trees a little shriveled like before. I have a feeling they are gonna drop again once they get big again. I already moved about 12 babies into a small container. Anybody local want a kenya tree or two? lol

I got the dimmable version of this light off ebay for 160. Its a little bulkier looking than the 120 watt non-dim led, but loving it so far.
