I-Tech Skimmer Club .

I recently purchased an I-Tech Skimmer , and man what an awesome skimmer it is . I got the XL model , with the Dart Gold Needle Wheel . This thing out performs anything I have seen first hand , and I have seen a lot of skimmers up close over the years . I know there are several others out there , that now owen I-Tech skimmers , so I started this thread . I love my I-Tech skimmer .

Here are some pics of one of their smaller models I got to check out , while me XL was being built . This is less than a day , and a half on my lightly stocked 225 . These things are killer .

This is shortly after I cleaned the cup .

Can you post, if you have them, dimensions on the various sizes, and also what pump? If you have air draw numbers on the pumps that'd be fantastic too! Thanks.

I got the size already , thanks enjoy it
Mine are big to and as you can see big or not they skim so i don't think that the rate size correct on all the skimmers in the market... IMO it's just rating that company put for their product...

For those without an I-Tech who want to know more, "small", "medium" etc really conveys very little information. While John is terrific and responds to emails immediately, it might be of use to those reading here if people could post some details on their skimmers, such as dimensions, pump(s) used, etc.

But the pics are certainly nice too!

I don't know what the pump is. It has a custom volute. I'll measure the skimmer and post dimensions in a week or so when I take it out of the Rubbermaid Reef and put into the sump for the 300. I have a couple of Dwyer air flow meters. If I can find one, I'll meaure the flow.
