Need advice, problem with Reef Fanatic regulator pressure. (Pics Inside)

So I continue to have pressure issues with the output guage. I set it to about 45 bubbles a minute and over time it slows down almost to the point of no bubbles (Usually about 1 day).

I then have to open the adjusting knob a little more and bubbles come out as before. Very Frustrating.

Tank guage reads about 950 psi. Does the guage on right look like its not getting enough pressure?

Any advice is much appreciated. Anyone else experienced this? Thanks
