Hitchhiker/clam? - what is it?
Hi,
I recently purchased some mushroom corals which was attached to some live rock. Well, I noticed that a part of the live rock is shaped like a clam or something of that nature. Today i noticed it was slightly opened, while yesterday it was closed. I attached a picture of it, hoping that someone can identify what it is. Thanks in advance. |

Thanks,
Does it require special lighting? or anything? |

Nope, it'll get by on it's own. It feeds off particulates in the water column.
