How to boost growth with my Ricordea Mushroom?

He's been the same size for a while. He's not doing well. What is their favorite food and best way to feed them? I don't want to loose him. He split and the other one got lost in the rocks or died. So please help me save this small one I have left!

Ricordeas don't really need to be dirctly fed. They will need some amount of nutrients in the water to thrive. Are you running super low nutrients? Also, they hate anything above moderate flow. I always try and make a cove for them. Hope this helps.
