I'm no expert, but could those Euphyllia be sending out sweepers at night?

Do you happen to have a point-source LED? It looks like you do and it is shadowing, which eventually causes death. It is happening to the two acros above it as well.

Light and flow... mine will do the same thing when the top grow too thick and the bottom is not getting enough light and flow. As u can see its getting white in the shaded area
