White spot on Pygmy Cherub

So yesterday I noticed this spot on my Pacific Pygmy Cherub. There is only one prevalent spot, with maybe a few very pale other lines or specks on him on the same side. Video below. Is this the start of ich or something else? He is eating well but I have noticed some increased aggression, particularly during feeding time.

I can't see anything in that video.

One white spot doesn't sound like ich though. Maybe an injury from another fish, or possibly lymphocystis. Both of these will heal on their own in time.

It's a "wait and see" situation here, imo.
