Clownfish is ill I think

Hi I have two clownfish one is ok but the other is not doing so well he sits on the bottom in the corner swimming in one spot with his mouth open he seems to have lost his colour abit and has gone skinny I have tried pellets, red plankton,shrimp and flake but he will not eat anything water conditions are all ok and the other clownfish and cleaner shrimp and crabs and snails are all perfect does anyone have any idea I will post a video thanks

how long have you had them? also was it eating before and then stopped?
