Fish disease id and treatment

I brought home two juvenile engineer gobies and a pair of ocellaris clownfish from the LFS yesterday and placed them into my QT tank.

One of the gobies was less eager to feed but seemed fine. After testing, I noticed a low concentration of ammonia so I did a 50% water change this morning. After the water change the goby in question seemed sluggish and wasn't eating.

When I came home from work he was hanging out at the bottom of the tank. His breathing seemed distressed. I noticed that his coloration was slightly darker than the other EG, who seems healthy and active. He has a red spot on his tail and a fuzzy white coating on his skin near the spot. His dorsal fin also appears to have a lesion in the same area. Finally, I noticed some white spots on his head, and a couple strands of white material on his head.

My other fish appear healthy. Any idea what this could be and what I could do in terms of treatment?

I have attached some pictures but it was hard to get a good shot. Any advice appreciated.

It looks like ick because he's got white dots on his head. But I'm no expert at all and I could be totally wrong, hopefully I have been somewhat of a help

You should not have ammonia if you had cycled the medium in your qt well enough.

How did you cycle for the qt?
