120 and 54 gal in wall tank build

Hello all. I was planning on doing a build thread but i didn't take pictures through out the whole process like I wanted. Here was my first attempt at an in wall tank.

I over estimated how hard it would be to gain access to the bottom of the tank. So I decided to move it. My wife did t want any fish tanks in the house so i had to make it impressive so she would allow me to keep them.

Dismantling the first tank.

Building the frame for the new tank . The frame is constructed from 2x6.

The filtration for both tanks are in the garage about 30 feet away from this tank. The plumbing runs on either side of the tank, into the wall and into the crawlspace under the house.

54 Gal corner tank

The system is run using an Apex. The lights used are AI Hydra 26 and 32's. All the heaters are by Ehiem and the have been plumbed inline in the return lines. The system has a 40 gallon Sump and a 75 gal refugium. I have saltwater mixing station with a 35 gal saltwater container and a 35 gal RO water container. The system is setup to perform automatic water changes daily up to 5 gallons a day.

The tank has been up and running for 6 months now but has only had fish for the last month and a half.

My 120 gal stocking list:
Powder Blue Tang
FoxFace
Flasher Wrasse
Green Manderin
Lyertail Anthias
Clown

My 54 gal stocking list:
Pair Black clownfish
Potter Angel
Royal Gramma

Now I am starting to add coral. I want to do this the right way. I'm impatient but trying to do this slow. I'm open to any suggestions on how to make the system better.

I used to have a 92 gal corner bow many years ago and there aren't too many of these around, so anytime I see something I have to subscribe. Good luck with build and post lots of pictures.

Yes. It was the only way I could get the wife to agree to 2 tanks in the house. Make it functional.
