I think you misunderstood me, but after 40 pages, your thread breaks into another thread. When that thread hits another 40 pages, it will break again. That guy's thread I was telling you about, broke a few times.

Now all you need is 37 more pages for your first thread break. I think the way he was doing it was he was answering everyone's questions and posting up a lot of updates and pics... sort of like a log/diary and people would ask questions.

Well I've finally decided to start dosing Vodka. I've been battling algae, and high nutrients for a very long time, I don't know where they are coming from so feel this hopefully will be the answer. My ups and downs in color has been killing me.

Today 09.17.09 I'll be dosing 0.15ml of svedka because its cheap and in the cabinet. I'll try to post progress picks as often as I can. My only concern is I checked the po4 and no3 today and they were both 0ppm. Are my kits old or are my parameters good I don't know. I am diffidently going to go slow with this. It seems like right now I have no starting point for nutrients???

I'll post starting pics tomorrow.

Soo, the vodka journey is going well. Day four and already the algae is dying off. Yeah I'm soo excited to see that gone and my colors start to pop. I need to get some good before and after pics. I'll post soon.

Was looking at the threads i ve subsribed to and figured i bump a nice set up that got me to go cube.How are things looking these days?Also its been awhile but where did you get the pendent?

Hammsreefbeer, Thanks for the kind words and bump. Things have been real crazy and the tank has suffered some. I started a new company and have been married to my office. In turn the tank has suffered some.

I put on a profilux doser and I have had problems ever since. I thought it would be easy however, I have had a hell of a time getting it fine tuned. I do like the Profilux very much though, its a great unit, just user error. The tank is getting stable again and should fare ok.

The pendant I made myself. I had my Sheet metal guy build it and I put the patina on it. I then wired everything myself. Thanks for the shout out, and if you need any help with your pendant I can give you some pointers.

Thanks so much.Would you happen to have plans drawn up for the pendent?I was going to go all T5 because i think cube tanks look silly with canopies.You also have 2 T5's in the pendent w the DE right?
And again thanks for the help and i hope everything turns out well with your tank and new company.

I can look for the drawings although, I think I through out the drawings. I can measure them and send that to you. If I can find them they were pretty crude and changed dimensions allot. I picked up the metal at a supply house, and gave it to my sheet metal guy. I also picked up the patina at the metal supply.

As for the lighting, there is two t5 retro fit kits in there, and a sunlight supply double ended MH pendant in there as well. It came out pretty good. I just fit all of the parts in and made mounts for them.

Sorry if that doesn't help too much although again I can take more pics and send you dimensions if needed.
