Cool Ich and Paraguay in fowler with nem

I just recently purchased some new fish online and unfortunately it looks like my new powder blue tang has gotten ich and seems to have also hit my heni butterfly.... I unfortunately don't have a QT tank set up anymore as I have greatly decreased my size in hobby and gave all other tanks away to friends...my question to you all is have any of you had success in using Paraguard in a fowler DT with a bubble tip nem and had success or would there be another alternative to killing the ich cycle and save fish with out having a QT? Thanks in advance for your help...

I haven't heard of Paraguard being able to treat ich. I know of TTM, Hypo, and some people calms Cupramine does, don't know I don't use cooper.
