Which mode do you guys use for the gyres?

It depends on size of the tank and if you are using 1 or 2.

I run a single Gyre on my 65g tank - 3’ long. Here is my program to give you some ideas - the intent is to model a form of tidal pattern.

1. 00:00 Gyre 50%
2. 02:00 Gradual Pulse 30%
3. 07:30 Continuous 40%
4. 08:30 Pulse 60%
5. 13:30 Continuous 50%
6. 14:30 Gradual Pulse 70%
7. 19:30 Continuous 50%
8. 20:30 Pulse 60%
