Dual Inline TDS Meter DM-1 HM Digital problems

I have had this TDS meter for about 5 years now. after changing all the filters and membrane, I was still getting a reading of 2 on the output of my dual DI. at this point I decided to calibrate the probes, I have a bottle of the 342 Calibration Solution and sure enough it was off, the problem I am having is that when I turn the calibration screw all the way down I can't get it to read any lower than 370. any ideas?

Thanks
Sam

I should also mention I changed the batteries in it also just for good measure but still no luck, and my handheld meter reads the calibration fluid at 342 like it should be.

Sam - If you'll PM us your email address we'll send you some detailed instructions. Let's work through those as a first step.
