I’m not 100% what this is but does it look happy to you? Don’t think it’s as green as it once was.

No, it isn't as good as it can be. Polys and the skin on the lower portion of the corals are fading away.

I don’t think the metals or the phosphate is that accurate as I did the tests at night inter artificial light. Think they are better than what they show here.

Also the ammonia is taken from my Seneye. Red Sea test shows 0 but Seneye has always displayed that figure.

Right off the bat, I think your nitrates are too high. You do have high alk, which will help your system With the excess nutrients. I would taper your alk down by letting it naturally go down and don't dose or anything.

I used to keep my tank at 9dkh, but would struggle. Now that I'm at 7.5, my stuff is much more happier. Try to aim for perhaps 8.0 dkh. Peeps that have high dkh seem to get more issues with sps, myself included.

Oh right, I was following Red Seas Enhanced Coral growth target of 11-12. It has been at 111 ish but just let it drop a little recently.

I would say nitrates are fine at 15 plenty of people run that high, probably could be a lil lowe 5-10ppm range but I dont think thats your issue here. your phosphates at .5 is probably an issue though... I start seeing issues when mine gets above .4ppm

K, is also pretty low I believe under 350ppm you will see color loss.. keep it 400ppm. If I were you I would probably do a couple/few consecutive 20% water changes to reset the tank. Target a lower KH of 8 and keep everything stable.

Thanks guys. I have just seen this which was a beautiful coral also going south. It seems that the polyps are still fine but it’s the skeleton that gone white and the polyps are like falling off of it.

Does this point to anything?

I know!!! My green horn did exactly the same.

It’s at 33pt which I believe is what it’s always been at.
