It may be labeled as such but it isn't. See above C Eymann hit the nail on the head. Tenius. A quick google search of echinata should clear things up.

where did you buy it from? I would say no on the ice tort, corallites are more rounded and there is more green. my guess its an echinata or tenuis, also could be a joe the coral

Notice how the radular coralites "lips" flare outward on your piece? where as on echinata they tend to be more pocketed?
I'm fairly certain what you have there is not A. echinata, but let it grow out some more, keep us updated.
