Is silicone ozone safe?

I have a used ozone generator. The air intake is a little small for the ozone resistant tubing. Can I use silicone to connect it?
Thanks!

I've been using silicone tubing for a long time with ozone. I've never had ozone break it down or make it unusable. Just my experience with it.
