I think my Melanurus wrasse is eating my snails. Can anyone confirm or deny? Thanks...

Could be. There is always a chance with those fish to go after the CUC. I've had luck with mine and doesn't touch any of the snails or shrimp in my tank. It did eat some Peppermint shrimp I put in there to take care of some aptasia, but the Peppermint were small compared to the cleaner and fire shrimp that I have.
