I bought a new 75g membrane. The problem is that I get get the old membrane out. I removed all the tubing from the inlets and outlets but still no luck.

If you’re talking about the housing? Use a ro wrench to open and pull out the old membrane.
If you’re able to open the housing and unable to pull the membrane then There should be a hole that run through the stem of the membrane (not sure exactly what it called). Run a wire through it and pull out the membrane. Or just use a plier and pull it out.

And lubricate the orings on the housing and the new membrane with food grade silicone grease.

I recently had a helluva time getting the end cap off the membrane housing ... had to resort to old tricks of running the cap under hot water and tapping it with a utensil until it loosened up enough that I could turn it by hand.
