DIY the Tunze 7091 Single Controller

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone had tried to DIY a Tunze 7091 Single Controller to get a much lower timing in milliseconds rather than seconds. I would be interested in hearing your thought on how to do that or if its possible.

I've seen XTM schematics on using a 555 IC timer, does the 7091 has one that we can swap out as well?

thx

Did you ever get any answer? I have been wondering about the same thing, it seem s that I need a puls in the subsecond range in order to get a wave.

Considering how cheap it would be to just build XTM's design, why not just do that? It's probably $5 in parts. If you have a 7091 you could sell it and end up making money in the end.
