it's browser based. go to http://www.kenargo.com/tankmanager

You have to complete some registration info and put in your tank's network parameters. It's easier to do on a desktop PC.

port 80 OR anything above 1024; the port should be the same as your port forward on your router. My ISP blocks well known ports (< 1024) with the exception of 80.

Only if you cannot use port 80.

Set TankManager aside for a moment. Can you access your AC from another PC over the Internet? If you can't, stop. You have to get that working first.

What firmware is in the AC3? TankManager needs 3.4 in order to talk to it correctly; it uses the XML outputs from the controllers to get status.

Be sure for the address you are not including 'http' and that you are using the same value you would use to access from the internet.

If that all looks correct you could PM me your user name I can look at the configuration and let you know if something doesn't look correct. I won't be able to test the conneciton as that information is encrypted but I can at least look at settings and see if something doesn't look correct.

The problem turned out to be the host name; it was in the form of hostnameort; only hostname should be configured as port has its own field.
