Chromis and White "Poo"?

I just did a water change and it seems like my chromis may have something wrong. It has a pretty large white "sac" hanging from his underside. The end of the sac has a string. Do you think I'm looking at parasites? If so, what's the best way to treat and do I need to separate him from the others?

It's possible your dealing with a very proposed anus you can put it in a qt dose epsom salt to help relieve swelling @ 1 tbsp per 5 gal of water during that time feed metroplex + focus mixed with food. The metroplex will kill any internal parasites but as for a prolapsed anus I don't think there's anything you can do other than try to reduce swelling
