Aquaclear media ?

Am wondering what is the best media combination to use in my Aquaclear 110? My water in a 75gal just isn't all that clear. I also have an Octo 1000 HOB that is great with gunk collection. Water parameters are:
pH .......... 8.4
kH .......... 6.8
Salinity ... 1.024
Phos ....... 0.0
Calc ........ 330
Mag ........ 1150
Nitrite ..... 0
Nitrate .... 0
Amon ...... 0

75gal tank on started 8/11/17
BRS Pukani(70 lbs)
Caribsea Aragonite sand
Red Sea Coral Pro Salt
Octo1000 HOB skimmer
Aquaflow 110 with Chemi-pure Blueand Poly filter
2 Starfire led lights (with 3 channels)
RODI water

Can you elaborate a little more? Is there just a lot of debris floating around such as fish waste or detrious? Does it have a colored tint to it? Maybe micro bubbles floating around?

FWIW I just added a UV Sterilizer and my water is crystal clear now. It always appeared to have a white haze to it. Pretty easy to tell if you have micro bubble, debris, or haze. I could always see the debris from a diamond goby, and the occasional micro bubbles post feeding or skimmer cleaning. I knew it was more when I sat back at a distance and the water never had the LFS display tank clarity I was seeking. After much research I got a UV sterilizer only for thr purpose of water clarity. 100% success.

Its not debris floating around or microbubble. Its more like a slight milky haze. It seems to be better today but I see some Diatoms coming back again.

ChemiPure media baga help but only for a limited time. A years cost on those bags and you can have a UV sterilizer. Im not pushing either way here, just sharing my personal experience. Some find othee ways to get clear water or simply dont have an issue like you are explaining.

What your describing sounds like it could be a bacterial bloom.
