Skimmate Less?

Does anyone know why my skimmer is producing less skimmate since I added a BRS CO2 scrubber using absorbent material?

My ph is better but skim is less. Is this normal?

It’s hard to say for sure, but my first guess is that the skimmer is getting less air as there is more restriction pulling it through the CO2 scrubber now. This would make the skimmer slightly less efficient.

^^ yep.. it likely effected its performance..
Simple check is to remove the CO2 scrubber media,etc.. if performance returns you have your answer..
