The last ones I got came with the lenses, but that was a couple of years ago. It was either led group buy or rapidled.

Are you doing a rapidled build or some other? 90 degree optics are usually what people use unless the tank is 30" or deeper then 60 degree optics are what's used

I actually just ordered sixty 80 ° optics from led group buy. They sell an adhesive for gluing them down. Gluing them down has always been my sticking point in adding optics. I have one of my lights with optics and another without and I tested par on them and I am seeing 200+ par reading difference. Explains why I am seeing growth differences between corals under the different lights.

Use less glue. If need be you can always add some to the outside of the optic. Less is more in this instance
