Vertex Support???

Does Vertex have support for their skimmer products? I have an Vertex Omega 150 skimmer that the pump/impeller that does not work. I took the pump apart, and saw some strange white marks on the impeller. These white marks look to be higher than the surrounding red shaft, and I felt gouging in the pump shaft housing. Not sure if this is a shaft defect. I did a search online, and found some old post that had a few contacts to get some help. Jen@Proline and adam@vertextechnologies.net, emailed both of them with photo. So far, no response. Not a good start. Maybe outdated contacts.

I also don't see Vertex as a forum sponsor, and do have a dedicated sub-forum. I'm quite surprised by that.

Is there another current contact from Vertex? I'm also looking for 2 little rubber feet that is on the bottom of the skimmer, mine are missing...would like to buy replacement.
