Short video of my tank

I've been meaning to learn more about the video features of my Nikon D90, so shot a short video of my tank today. It includes some macro shots of a few of the corals, and can be watched here:

A couple things I learned:

- The cloudy day white balance setting gave results that were pretty close to how the tank actually looks. The colors aren't quite the same, but not too bad.

- The exposure can sort of be set with the EV control. The D90 doesn't have a real exposure setting, but the EV helps. For these shots, I increased it from 0.7 to 1.3, and this helped make the shots look a bit less washed out.

I'd love to hear other tips from people who use a D90 for video. Thanks.

I'm using an 85mm Nikon macro for the macro shots. It's a fixed focus length like your Canon. The zoom is done just by moving the tripod. :-)
