Home made reef/fish food???

I am looking to make my own home made food. And I am looking for ideas and input for whats has worked for other people. I have a mixed reef tank with more SPS with a varitey of fish. It is a 210 AGA with a 75 sump. I am looking for a good mix to feed both fish and coral at the same time. What have you guys done? Thanks

I mix raw scallops, clams, shrimp, selcon, and garlic in a blender. Put it in freezer bags, and smoosh it flat, and freeze it, that way I can break pieces off to feed....... You can add mysis, algae sheets etc.

I have been feeding this for over a year and a half, and everything is flourishing. I vary what goes into each batch, mostly by what happens to be on sale that week
