Yes, it is pretty nice. It's a much faster grower than I had expected, considering how hard to come by it is.

Speaking of...Here is a favia that isn't fast, but is very slow-growing, for me at least.

RMF Jeepers Creepers

Anybody want to guess what this carduus-type smoothskin is? Dwayne? Since you seem to be one of the few that are really interested

Thanks Tom. Here's one from you.

This slow-poke has been shooting out small branches for months and months, but not really making any effort to grow into a nice little upright colony. And you now how long ago I got it from you. Thank goodness all acros aren't this slow in my tank. I'm patient, but not that patient

Not sure on that smooth skin, I picked up a frag recently of one that looks almost just like that, same color and structure. Waiting for it to grow out. Got it at your reef recently

YR gets bunch of interesting stuff! Surprisingly that coral is supposed to be Red Dragon, and I bought it from someone I trust a great deal. So, it may have morphed in my tank.

I wouldn't think so either, if I hadn't seen the original frag. It did look like a small branched red dragon frag. It'll be clearer as the colony gets a little larger. It did get stunted a bit early on when I was careless with salinity. Right now it is not particularly colorful, but I kind of like the colony.

The polyps on this acro are so cool looking. They are red with yellow centers. It kind of looks like goni polyps.

Since we're on the inside of polyps, these look like the moon in a paly

It is an unknown that is very similar, if not the same, as the front page coral pic of RMFs Facebook page:

Hey Darwin. Nope, these pics were all taken before I got that chalice from you. I will have to snap a pic of it one of these days. It is doing well, but growing very slowly for me.

Hi rockryno, I can't find the last FTS I took a month or 2 ago, so I will try and get a new one later today. Since the weather is keeping me indoors today, maybe I can take a couple other update shots.

Until then, here is a link to my contribution to our tag game. It has a FTS from awhile ago.

It already has been. Sorry, it may be a couple of months before I could be talked into cutting it again.
