Hi Lunar,

Do you have to dose zeobac with the biopellets? The biopellets replace the need for the zeovit basic 4. Will you continue to dose amino acids and coral vitalizer etc?

thanks

Aaron

snaza, presently I use only aminoacid, kaliumiodid-fluor, eisen in small doses, because I have them left after the zeovit method. In my opinion I don't need the basic 4, so I gave it up. I'm going to add bacteria sometimes, but not necessarily zeobac.

LUnar, I am thinking of adding the Biopellets to my tank. Any updates or observations?

Marty

Yes, BP are in the reactor, I got out a magnet and replaced a pump. I adjust the flow to 1200l/h.

Thanks, dvanacker. BP seem to be a great product for me, without worring about doses every day.

After over a month of using BP everything looks fine, I have no any problems, any losses. In meantime I added several LPS and I feed my corals heavier, nevertheless NO3 is still undetectable and PO4 = 0,01. I do my readings every other day. I'll update at intervals.

a bit more, 1,5l of BP.
denadai, it seems that you are happier with T5 than MH. Could you tell why?

Thanks, guys.

Thank you, reefsahoy, for your warm words. I also hope that such a tragedy won't weaken us, but might consolidate. So many countries show friendliness and express their condolences, we really appreciate it. On behalf of Polish people I thank you people from all over the world for sympathizing with us.

Thank you, paullisa51708. If you mean seriatopora hystrix (pink birdsnest), I had to fragment it. Through the years it became so huge and dense that it trapped leavings of food and some snails that I wasn't able to take it out.
Regarding to seriatopora caliendrum (green birdsnest), it's fine, but unfortunately, it restricts flow and I will also need to fragment it soon.
