Looking good Lawrence but I've got a hundred bucks on that you'll never be 'done' buying fish or corals. You've got the sickness just as bad as the rest of us

Very, very nice Lawrence. I think you can make it to the end of the year, but you know you're going to be buying something in January. Let us know how that SSC and spath do. Both beautiful pieces. (I want a frag of that SSC when it's ready). Are you all T5 now?

Lawrence, how long did you have that Scott's wrasse for? I've tried twice already, they do good for the 1st month then die for no reason.

He is new but my old pair I had for 2 years without issues but I break down my tank summer last year. I have Aussie so collection method makes them a lot hardier and the colors and are a lot better than Fiji. Ladd still have cooks island those are best out of the 3 variant. Scotts are very aggressive towards new fairy wrasse so it should be added last but he is no match with my anthias or Angels in my tank tho.

Your done buying coral and fish, what...You still have 11 days before the end of the year.
I don't think any of us will ever be done.

Maybe that's the problem I was having. The last 2 Scott's wrasse I got was from Fiji. I agree, the Fiji variant colors are not as nice as Aussie or Cook Island. LMK when you're ready to sell it....
What are you running for flow in the tank?

lol
I have 3 Tunze
6255 and 2 6305

I had 2 rw20 for wave but too much flow
If I run 1 6255 my tank still be good since I have to dial every thing down to keep my LPS, shrooms and anemone from closing up.

It's sad to see my tank without the moorish idol specially when almost every difficult fish is still there.

Stunning Lawrence. I can't believe how many angels you can keep in that tank. The goldflake is brilliant! They're not tearing up the corals? Sorry about the idol. That's a shame but I'm confident you'll have another in the future. How's the spathulata doing? Is it holding its color?

spathulata is the one of the few that is still holding nice colors. the tank is still recovering for t5 and high alkalinity issues. gold flakes are good but its cheap version the flag fins are nipping at my chalice. yeah i need to get some idols again soon, it just been crazy busy lately.
