What is Good Pump For Phosban Reactor 150

Hello All,

Just wondering if somebody out there can help me out, I just recently purchased two of the Two Little Fishes Phosban Reactor 150, and was wondering what someone would suggest for a pump to use with them, I may only be using one, but would like a pump that will be able to use both of them if need be
I was hoping someone out there has had good experiences with a perfect flow to use with the Phosban Reactor.

Thanks ahead of time for helping out the Newbie

I currently am running one and use a MJ-400, I plan to run 1 for carbon and 1 for phosban on my other setup and will be using a single MJ-900 T'd off.

Thats exactly what I was planning on doing is running one for carbon and the other for phosban, ok great, thanks, I will go and look for a MJ-900 today, does the 1/2" tubing just slip right over the end of that pump or is there some kind of adapter I will need for it, I already have barbed valves for the tubing.

The tubing will fit on the pump with no problem. A MJ-1200 will also work, but you will just about double your power consumption compared to the 900. So I will be attempting the 900 first and see what kind of result I get.

Yeah, as long as you don't have clumping issues with your carbon that restrict flow, a 400 will run 2 in series just fine.

I was using Chemi-Pure Carbon bags in my sump, and now I have the two phosban reactors, I was going to do one Phosban and one Carbon, can I use the Chemi-Pure Carbon bags and place them in their, or will that not work because I have like 12 bags left to still use
