Leak in bulkhead

No sump and will never use that bulkhead and can’t take it apart any help?

Several have said that. To be clear the silicon you use to hold the edges of the tank together.

After trying silicone, can also silicone a plastic cap over it, like a lid.

Remove the bulk head get some glass and silicone over the hole from the inside..

Like the guy above me said.. That should work
