Reefers - your input on needed - Ich or not?

Fellow reefers,

I got a new Hippo Tang from my LFS four weeks ago. She was placed in QT Tank 1 and treated with Cupramine EOD as required by dosing instructions. In the same QT I had a couple of small clowns. All fish were treated for 3 weeks and then dipped in fresh water and transferred to display tank.

They all are eating and acclimated well seemingly. However, my blue hippo is rubbing up against the rocks on the side that she has a white patch. It does not look like ich to me because it is not the typical ich spotting. It is only in one area and it seems indented rather than risen.

Please take a look at the photos. What do you think it can be? Input appreciated.

Hippo Tangs are a PITA to QT because they will sometimes scratch & look splotchy, even if no diseases are present.
