Red Sea Adjustment Valve

Wasn't sure of the official name for this valve but it's the one that adjusts the water level for the over flow. I hate it. Can someone recommend a good valve adjustment replacement for the current Red Sea one? Thank you

You have to convert the existing plumbing to standard PVC then just add a normal gate valve then it works like a charm.
