How to convert the UK Red Dragon Speedy 3 Pump to the US

A friend of mine just sent me a Red Dragon Speedy 3 - 50 watt pump that has the UK plug.

What do I need to get to convert to use it here in the US?

That controller is designed for European voltage so you can't just cut the plug and put a US plug on it. You would need a 110v to European 220v converter. Something like this should work. Can't guarantee the quality of it though. Especially given its price and mixed reviews. Hopefully it works well and doesn't damage the pump or cause other issues.

We don't sell just the controller for that pump as that motor is the EU motor which is slightly different internally than the US motor.
