Osmolator 3152 Nano ATO quit working

I've had this thing since 2/19/15 and already it has stopped working. The controller is far away from any water source and the bucket is still almost full with ro/di water. The float switch still moves freely and I even pulled the float switch completely out of the water and it still would not turn on. What happened?

nm figured it out. The power plug was just a hair loose thereby preventing the unit from turning on.
