Vertex Fiasco with its cerebra controller

I bought the Cerebra Controller; it's still in the box as it was shipped since right after the Cerebra went downhill. I sent an email to Vertex asking if the company could help in any way those customers that trusted Vertex with its Cerebra Controller. I have not received any response which makes me wonder, why should I trust a company that leave its customers hanging with no support and/or response?

I like most of its products, and for what I heard they are well built; i.e., good quality and good performers. However, every day I see the big cerebra box in my room accumulating dust; I feel I should have trusted Neptune or GHL Profilux instead.

Has anybody heard anything from Vertex in reference to the Cerebra users?

Thank you.

If you bought it and registered it you can get a replacement when version 2 is out. You have to fill out the forms and send in your serial numbers. If you read the forums at vertex this info was relayed out.

There is a Forum in Reef Central, where everybody seems to be waiting and waiting for news. The Cerebra v2 seems to be around the corner since last year. I contacted Vertex and no emails back.

I have been waiting for a long time for Vertex to provide some sort of response. I am not the only one disappointed with Vertex in reference to the Cerebra controller.

Vertex doesn't post here. You should check out the cerebra forum at vertex. Think it's cerebra.vertex.club.

Seems like your account never activated. I know for a fact I could post there and I have already register my cerebra for replacement when it's release.

I sold the Cerebra and got me an Apex Fusion. Works like a charm. The Cerebra 1.0 was riddled with bugs.

Thank you Vinny_Kreyling.

I spoke to a rep from Vertex. He was more than glad to help. As I said in my original post, I think Vertex is ahead of the competition in many of their products, and that's why I was so frustrated with the lack of response in reference to the Cerebra.
