tunze 3155 ATO max fill setting

The tunze 3155 is set to only pump water for a max of 10 min. After that it's supposed to shut off. Is there a way to reduce that to a shorter amount of time? I don't see any reason why I would ever need the auto top off to go for more than 1-2 min

The 10 minute cutoff is just a second redundancy, the first being the backup mechanical float. If you want to minimize the amount of water that can be pumped over that 10 minute span, you can open up the controller and turn the red potentiometer knob inside all the way counterclockwise to the nano setting, thereby reducing the flow of the pump.
