Price fixing
Not liking the fact that the industry has decided to price fix. Can’t find a AI prime HD for anything but $225. It’s highly annoying.

In a tech driven "latest and greatest" hobby like this, watch the classifieds. Someone's always getting the newest thing and selling the last greatest thing on the cheap. Or if you can hold out, Black Friday is about 6 weeks away. Other than that...I hear ya.

I know. Then I have to do a cash transaction and take all the risk of it being broken.
It is just annoying that web shopping thrived because the market place forced competition. If there is not competition -- we will pay whatever they want. It is the model of selling kitchen appliances. Had I known that AI was going to price fix -- I never would have become an early adopter of their technology (I hope they read this). |

I'm also annoyed that AI doesn't include at least one mounting option when you buy it. Hello... what am I going to do with it, if I can't mount it.

Here is how they advertise it:
It is highly recommended to use an AI Prime HD® mount, DIY mounting will be difficult. |
