Need some Advice...
Not new to the hobby but new to the maintenance business. And I am wondering if anyone else in this hobby does the same. And what type of waivers / contracts they use?
We have a particularly difficult client that seems to find anything and everything he can to complain about so just want to Cover our Butts in the legal end with him. TIA |

You can always say it's not worth having him as a customer.

Just make sure you have consistent/defined standards/work practices and then keep detailed documentation not only text based but take dated photos..
There is always going to be one "unfriendly customer"... Stay calm and professional..
