Please help ID disease!!!

Please help me ID this disease, 3 of my clownfish have the exact same thing, some have less, some have more, I did a freshwater dip on the clownfish for 8 minutes and 20 seconds and absolutely nothing falls off... Please help!

I agree looks like brook. would need a 40-50 min bath in formalin and the fish placed into a new tank (not back into the same tank because it will get reinfected). formalin 37% is what you need. 20 drops per gallon. Formalin will deplete water of oxygen quickly so make sure to aerate heavily before the bath and during the entire bath.
daily FW dips will buy you some time if you don't have formalin on hand.
Metronidazole might work as an alternative.

I have other fish in the aquarium such as angelfish, gobies, etc that don't have brook, it looks like it's only the clownfish that have it.. What should I do? Would it be possible to just QT the clownfish in a separate tank, then add them back later as long as other fish dont have any signs of it?

I would treat all of them to make sure you eradicate the parasite. better safe then sorry.
