Lot of birds. Nice tank and set up, coming along. Then I saw the painting here and at first glance I was thinking you are a GW2 player because that looks like a little Asura. Then I was thinking maybe it is that painting / painter of Big Eyes
Anyway - exciting. Nice to see the progress.

Lol no although between the two systems it's not too far off. Electrician finishes all the work this weekend and the woodwork hopefully will be done Monday. I'm also adding a junction box to have a AC vent flow into my canopy. :-) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

No not much of a gamer anymore. Kids are but those drawing ms are from Jasmin Beckett. She's a Disney artist that my wife loves. I think she's really cool too. Thx for tagging along :-) hopefully I'll have water inside sooner rather than later. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Btw forgot to mention that is the projected flow through the tank. Obviously numbers will go down as a lot of pumps won't be fully ramped and head has to be taken into account as well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have one you can have it for free. Just come pick it up. Only thing is I cut half the top cover off so as long as that doesn't bother you, you can have it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Very nice.
Tank is coming along well, haven't ordered any yet wanted to make sure I got rid of everything in the DT. Looks like I did, will be ordering some fish either tomorrow or next week for the QT. Just got back from pet supermarket, had to go buy a 30G auto top off, my 15G just wasn't cutting it. Chloroquine phosphate - stuff rocks. Prescription grade not the crap you find on eBay. In case you ever get velvet or bad ich, stuff works wonders. Even on a DT with 350lbs of live rock and prazipro - I swear by these two now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Hmmm... Reed safe...not sure on that one, doubtful but definitely read up on it. I bought eBay one which did very little. Had my vet prescribe it to me and saved a bunch of fish.
Not sure, I may do a large angel and maybe a powder blue tang. Will have to see, can really order 2 or 3 fish at a time given qt tank size. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Im looking for a two tank stand that holds 2 55 gallon aquariums. One will be used for coral QT and the other for fish QT. I saw Petco had a great deal on a single with a nice stand but I really prefer the double.

I can't speak for them being reef safe, it's a gamble I think with any angel. He is fine with any other fish ; however; when I had my other angels in there, same size, he let them know it was his tank. Now that he's the only angel he's mellow as can be, that will change once I start bringing others. Out of all of them the biggest one he had a beef with was the Koran, man he beat the hell out of him whenever he could, made a point to chase him all over the tank. Care is easy enough, keep your water quality in line, nitrates 0 or close to it and feed variety. He LOVES nori, pellets and I feed them mysis, angel formula, and some other frozen. But he and the tangs go bunkers for nori.

Nori is my favorite fish food as I eat it nearly on a daily basis! Love sushi! Would you recommend getting him juvenile as a pair along with a queen juvenile? Could get them same day Maybe this would diminish the aggresiveness. Not decided as I do want to go SPS but Im hoping that well fed which is my forte they will mellow out.

Electrician finishes up his work tomorrow. Woodwork and AC vent installed into canopy Monday. Early October we set up the water stations 1 RODI the other mixed salt. Both hold 275 gallons. Then we start installing equipment. I wish I was handy but I'm waiting on my buddy to have some free time as he is a magician at making things fit into the stand area. :-) definitely will need help from someone fluent in the Neptune apex system as there is so much to program.
