Nano 3152 shuts off

I have a tunze nano ato 3152 that tuns on then off within a sec. only way to get it to start again is to unplug and plug back in but it just does the same thing over and over. Not sure where to go to order parts guess I need to know what to order first. Is there a place I can send unit for repair?
Mike

Maybe you have an air bubble in the pump, try bouncing it inside the water container. When you unplug it is that the electrical plug or the wire in the small junction box?

Just to clarify, after you cycle the power does the pump run properly for 1 min 45 seconds and then start pulsing for just a second, or does it just pulse for a second immediately after you cycle the power? The safety on a nano osmolator is a timer and that has two settings, it is preset from the factory for 1 min 45 seconds which is good for tanks under 25 gallons, for a 26-55 you need to set the longer timer.

There is a video in the link that shows how, and it is also on pages 16-17 of the manual which you can download in the link.

3152 timer

Thanks I set the timer to be longer and that seems to have worked.
