Colony too large cheap frags
Hi everyone,
My tyree Idaho grape is getting too large for my small tank. It's starting to shade out some corals and that isn't sitting well with me. I started to take off a few small pieces but realized maybe someone else would like a nice sized colony of it. I have a few small frags of it for $5 available for pick up at my place or if someone would like they could take the whole thing for $50. Here are a few iPhone pics that just don't do it justice as the sensor in the camera doesn't pick up purple very well. If you've heard of Steve tyree you know he doesn't put his name on junk, it's a very nice coral. Way back when it was a little fella A recent frag sold (not wysiwyg) An iPhone macro Again these pictures don't do it justice they are just cell phone picks. I'll get a top down tomorrow when the lights are on. It is a very nice purple skeleton with purple polyps that almost make it look like it sparkles. Thanks for looking Eric

Hi Eric, it was nice to meet you yesterday. I am very interested in a frag of this but would like to know more about its needs so I can be sure it will do well in my tank. Thanks!

It was nice to meet you as well. This coral, as far as sps go, is practically bullet proof. It needs moderate light, moderate flow, moderately clean water, and moderately stable params. It's pretty forgiving in my experience.

Sounds great, I can definitely provide all of that. I would love a frag if you still have one available.
