What size pump for Phosban reactor?

I plan to get a phosban reactor for my 90. What is the idea placement for the phosban reactor? I'd like to keep the phosban reactor and pump in the sump as I have a place it should fit. What size up is appropiate?

Thanks

The smallest normal maxi-jet you can find - like a MJ 400 or 600, then use the black & green valve that comes with the PB reactor to choke it down as specified in the instructions.
