Need Help making a frag tank

I am looking into starting a frag tank. I have a jbj 24 gallon cube running for 2 years. It is a very simple tank to keep up and running. Converting into a regular tank I am getting confused. It is obvious to me that I need lights a tank, filtration system and a heater. Im looking into getting a 15 gallon long tank and putting a 175 watt metal halide up with 2 65 watt t5s. I am lost when trying to find a good filter. Do i use a hang on filter? Build a sump and run the water through there? I want to be able to grow some SPS and am going to have a a clean up crew and 2 clowns. Do I have enough lighting? What is the best way to run my filtration? Also, will I have to get a chiller if I am running metal Halides? and If i do what kind of chiller ? Any Help at all with this will be very helpful. Thanks in advance

Get a hold of Troylee, he's the acrylic expert around here.
He's well rounded and should be able to answer all of your questions.

If you want a glass tank, I'm not sure if he's able to help but shoot him a pmail.

I was thinking about keeping it glass becuase it is generally a lot cheaper. PetCo has a sale for 1 dollar a gallon for breeder tanks. How can you beat 15 bucks.
