Jebao dc-5000 problems

Hi. I need some advice. All of the sudden my return pump (Jebao dc-5000) is overflowing my tank. It did it about 2 weeks ago and I turned it off and tore it apart and cleaned the heck out of it. It was fine again past 2 weeks. I got home last night and the water level was about 1mm from overflowing again.

I have the pump as low as it will go. It's worked fine for over a year. I haven't changed anything in my tank in past month since it started acting weird. There are no error codes.

Any suggestions?

If I need a new return pump, what do you recommend? My tank is 80 gallons and sump is 30 gallons.

Thanks.

How about a blockage in the drain line?
I have had that twice on my system.
