I need the pump but I don't know the model number. I know the brushless model number but they are too expensive for me. My sump is in the garage so noise is ok for me. Please advice for the model number work good for me.
Thank you

Can someone do me a favor and post a cell phone pic of the voltage/amps info on the power supply for the AP regulator?

My power supply got separated from the reg in a box with other power supplies that have the same tip.

Thanks

I just joined the Masterflex club! Yippee! Found a 7523-80 on eBay. I also ordered a new carbon doser regulator from BRS. I've been having some trouble dialing in my Inovative Marine calcium reactor. These two items should really help.

7523-80 is a decent one. You will like it. How much do you pay for that? If you don't mind.

7523-80

They go for about $950 on Ebay. I was able to get mine for less but I'd rather not reveal the price since the seller has another one for sale. Needless to say, there was some back and forth negotiation and I should have taken his first counteroffer.

Now I need to know what kind of tubing to get. I will get to reading this thread...

Does it restart after power outage?
What size tubing is it using?
this is a good question. I didn't think to test it. Just pulled the power from it, waited 5s and plugged it back in and it powered up and started pumping nearly immediately (after the "welcome screen/firmware display").

It came with a length of 1/4" silicone tube and another of 3/8" silicone tube. The instructions call for using a barbed adapter and using the 3/8" line on the output. I'm currently pushing water through my CaRx but thought about changing it to a pull. haven't done it yet. Vertex recommended I keep the CaRx under pressure, but their reasoning was to force out a leak rather than suck in air. Not sure if I am on board with that, but whatever.

On the output of mine, i took a short section of the 3/8" silicone tubing, attached it to the barb adapter they provided, and took the tube and slid it over some 1/4" plastic RO line to run over to my CaRx as it uses john guest quick connects.

Thanks for the response! Sure looks promising!

I also have the 7523-90 and have had it over 2 years.

I would hate to tell you what I paid for it as I bought it before the demand for these pumps rose so dramatically.

I got a 7523-60 (digital brushless) for $280 without a pump head on ebay. SUPER good buy, man it is WAY quieter than the brushed versions.

The only thing that i am not stoked with is it seems to only allow me to adjust flow 10ml at a time, and I want to dose 45ml/min, not 40 or 50...

Change it to RPM mode. You can go in 1rpm increments.

I paid $640 for my 7523-80 on ebay and it arrived a couple of days ago. It looks like brand new! I also ordered and received the tubing and connectors from USPlastics.com I'm so looking forward to getting it up and running.
