Tank transfer expert tips needed!

I am transferring from a 30 gallon cube to a 40 breeder, but am using new dry sand. All the rock has been cycled. How long before I can move fish, inverts and sps?

If all parameters match and tank is cycled, you can move corals/inverts right away. Although there may an adjustment period for the corals if the lights are different. Although it's no different than buying a coral from your LFS and bringing it home to different lighting.

With the fish, I would go a lot more slowly. If your new tank is recently cycled, the rocks may not contain enough bacteria to handle your full fish bio-load just yet.
